Our experienced and compassionate Support Workers can assist NDIS participants by supporting participants to achieve Activities of Daily Living.

What are the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)? 

The Activities of Daily Living are a series of basic activities necessary for independent living at home or in the community, including but not limited to the following:

  1. Meal Preparation: preparing and eating regularly, including breakfast, lunch, dinner.
  2. Dignified Personal Care: showering or bathing, getting dressed, cleaning teeth, doing hair, and clipping nails.
  3. Sleeping, assisting with achieving healthy sleep hygiene.
  4. Toileting.
  5. Light Cleaning Tasks.

That’s why we go through an intake process to ensure that we are the right provider for you and that we have the right Support Workers available to meet your needs.
